Manchester white-water park plots course for other cities
The landscape of ou A new white-water course on the Maquoketa River in Manchester celebrated a "soft opening" recently. Other communities are now looking to get in on the current trend. "What this shows is what's possible," said Ty Graham, of Recreation Engineering and Planning, a company based in Boulder, Colo., that designs white-water courses.
